Position Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be more than just a recruiter – you will be a brand ambassador, crafting engaging job postings, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate. Your expertise in managing complex processes and building strong relationships will be crucial as we continue to grow and secure exciting new opportunities.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and Business Development teams to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational and project staffing needs
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including requisition intake, job posting creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Manage multiple concurrent requisitions and proposal-driven hiring efforts while ensuring timely candidate progression and successful hiring outcomes
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs), workforce plans, and business requirements to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent pipeline development
- Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support rapid transition from candidate to active hire, including maintaining candidate engagement and responsiveness
- Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines and candidate networks to support current and future hiring demands
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information, ensure compliance, and track recruitment activities and metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to support onboarding, ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices, and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred; consideration will be made for those with customer service, cold-calling, and client engagement experience.
- Experience with HRIS or ATS software (e.g., JazzHR, iSolved, Costpoint).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience or understanding of construction, engineering, and trades work is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute recruitment under tight deadlines.
