PSI - Builds the Teams That Build the Future

For over 25 years, Project Solutions, Inc. (PSI) has been the backbone of project management for small businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits. We are growing fast, and we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is more than just a resume screener.

We are looking for a brand ambassador—someone who can tell the PSI story, hunt for top-tier talent in construction and engineering, and provide a "red carpet" experience for every candidate. If you thrive on the thrill of the "perfect match" and love the fast pace of full-cycle recruiting, you’ll fit right in.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As our internal recruitment expert, you will own the talent pipeline from first touch to first day:

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead everything from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. You’ll build active pipelines for critical engineering and construction roles, ensuring we stay ahead of our growth.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Write compelling job postings and represent PSI at industry events and through digital outreach.

  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Use our ATS (JazzHR/Costpoint) to track metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to continually sharpen our strategy.

  • Seamless Onboarding: Partner with HR Operations to ensure that once a candidate says "Yes," their transition into the team is flawless.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting is preferred. We are also open to high-energy professionals with backgrounds in high-volume sales, cold-calling, and customer or client engagement.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, iSolved, or Costpoint).

  • Industry Knowledge: If you understand the nuances of the construction or engineering world, you’ll have a significant head start.

  • The "Recruiter Personality": You are a meticulous organizer, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural relationship builder who can talk to anyone.

Why Project Solutions, Inc.?

We value the people who find our people. At PSI, you’ll enjoy:

  • Financial Support: A unique $800 monthly stipend to offset your insurance premium costs.

  • Health & Wellness: Three medical plan options, dental, vision, 24/7 telehealth, and HSA with company contributions.

  • Security: Company-paid life insurance, plus short-term and long-term disability.

  • Future Growth: 401(k) with up to 4% match and ongoing professional development opportunities.

  • Work-Life Balance: A generous PTO package, paid federal holidays, sick leave, and flexible work arrangements.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
