Location: Remote
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 DOE

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for rapidly identifying and securing qualified candidates to meet urgent hiring needs. Strong communication skills are essential to maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform high volume, deadline driven HR recruiting and candidate vetting processes.
  • Developing strategies to attract and retain diverse talent
  • Maintain active job listings on company's recruiting platform.
  • Creating engaging content for social media and other channels to attract top talent  
  • Manage the full interview process, including conducting thorough prescreen interviews and scheduling and attending subsequent interviews.
  • Support the proposal submission process by coordinating information with the business development team.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Create transparent process that shows candidate status.
  • Administer hiring activities/processes.
  • Reviews and files the final submittal of corrective action, employee change status, off-boarding, new hire request, PTO requests/calendar, attendance, and other forms as required.
  • Helps ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Maintain a talent pool database of potential candidates for future positions.
  • Foster and promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Disseminate and explain policies and procedures to stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provides support for HR initiatives.


EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years recruiting experience
  • Experience in HR and payroll systems (e.g. JazzHR, GoCo, iSolved) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience recruiting for construction or engineering roles preferred
