Construction Scheduler
Location: Remote (within the United States)
Time Requirements: Full-time; 40hr/week schedule; MUST be available daily from 1:30pm - 5:30pm (CET) (i.e. 7:30am - 11:30am (EST) / 6:30am - 10:30am (CST) / etc.)
Period of Performance: 12 months; anticipated work from January 2025 through December 2025 (with the potential for five option years)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Scheduler for a project supporting design and construction projects within the Europe District Area of Responsibility.

Position/Project Overview:
This position will remotely provide scheduling services to the Europe District Corps of Engineers, furnishing necessary personnel, facilities, material, and equipment for a variety of projects.
*This role is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitors the development and updating of project construction schedules to facilitate timely and cost-effective completion of critical projects.
- Works with project teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and stay on schedule.
- Ensures the accuracy of project progress reports and financial forecasts
- Collaborates with contractors and engineers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Reviews and analyzes change orders and schedule impact assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Monitors and updates project tracking systems to reflect actual progress and forecast future trends.
- Participates in project related meetings and negotiations with a variety of stakeholders.
- Provides training and support to project teams on schedule management tools and techniques.
- Documents and stores project schedules, change orders, and other relevant documentation.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; AND six years of construction scheduling experience.
- PMI-SP certification required (equivalent certification from different provider may be considered).
- Relevant experience with government projects.
- Proficient in the utilization of the U.S. Army Corps' Resident Management System (RMS), Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, SMART-PM, and Microsoft Suite applications.
- Skilled in developing and managing project schedules, including budget development.
- Capable of analyzing project management reports and providing recommendations on schedule or cost adjustments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license
